Can't hear others? Hear an Echo? Here are a few tips to help resolve common audio obstacles.

  • Make sure your volume is turned up.
  • Try switching to another audio source.
  • Use a headset rather than a speakerphone or your computer's built in speaker whenever possible.
  • If others are having trouble hearing you, make sure your mute switch on your headset or phone is not activated. (Surprisingly, this is quite common!)

You can also change your audio connection method at any time during your meeting by clicking on the “Audio Conference" button (Phone Icon) found in the bottom right hand corner of the Call Attendee panel. (If you are changing your audio connection method, remember to disconnect first!)
