Overview of Roles

A role designates what a user is able to do inside of a meeting. Your role is indicated by the icon next to your name in the "Attendees" panel. There are three different roles in a Fuze meeting: The Host, The Presenter and The Attendee.

A role designates what a user is able to do inside of a meeting. Your role is indicated by the icon next to your name in the "Attendees" panel. There are three different roles in a Fuze meeting: The Host, The Presenter and The Attendee.

To assign a role to a user:
  • Click on the user's name in the "Attendee Panel"
  • Select the role you'd like to give that user from the pop-up.

Roles can be given at any point of the meeting.
Only the Host and Presenter can give or take roles.
