Troubleshooting Audio

Can't hear others? Hear an Echo? Here are a few tips to help resolve common audio obstacles.

  • Make sure your volume is turned up.
  • Try muting your line (Microphone icon)
  • Tap the "Disconnect" button first (Phone with red arrow icon) then try switching to another audio source.
  • Use a headset rather than a speakerphone or your tablet's built in speaker whenever possible.
  • If others are having trouble hearing you, make sure your mute switch on your headset or phone is not activated. (Surprisingly, this is quite common!)

You can also change your audio connection method at any time during your meeting by tapping on the “Audio Conference" button found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. (If you are changing your audio connection method, remember to disconnect first!)
